TRAINING PARKOUR(PK) AND FREE RUNNING(FR)

ShahfirLTR went training with some school friends(Bonnevie, Thomas and Danile) to do some (PK) and (FR).

Is was a funday...But to bad my leg was in pain so i just teaching my friend(Bonnevie and Thomas) How to do a kong vault and money vault ...They try a few time and Finally they got it...=)i Danile he did a Front filp from a higher ground...But he landed two time the others is a bails XD...And we take some photos and you can see it below...

So thats only for the training...And today 6 JUNE 2009 have a jam at the Tampines meet at the small McDonald's at 2.00P.M. NOT .AM. ok
