4 days ago, i tried doin a frontflip from a high wall, 1.85m. Successfully landed, but had a few cramps on the shoulders due to the breakfall.. 2nd try was better, & finally, i tried doin a pike..
Though it feels scary, the landing was okay, along with a nice breakfall.
However, my wallflip is gettin worst, i landed on my knee & luckily nothin happened, just abit of cramps.. Running gainer improved, & even landed with a wushu pose, which seems much easier for me. Lookin forward to summer, so that i'll be able to go to the beach & do tricking.
